Contact our technical support or customer service team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of receiving your product.
Prepare the Equipment
Carefully repackage your gear in its original factory packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and remote controls to ensure safe transit and full credit.
Label and Ship
Clearly write your assigned RMA number on the outside of the shipping carton and send the package to our Franklin, TN facility using a trackable shipping method.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned unit for original condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
